Work Week Schedule #20

Friday, 1/23: 5pm-11pm
Saturday, 1/24: 11am-5pm
I don't work the rest of the week except those days.

Ch 13 & 14 Vocabulary

1.Tact: The ability to say and do things in a way that will not offend other people; and Integrity/Honesty, including loyalty and trustworthiness.
2. Empathize: Try to see things for their point of view and to gain an understanding of their situation.
3. Etiquette: Having good manners in dealings with other people

6. Stereotype: oversimplified and distorted belief about a person or group

8. Cross-functional team: A group of people from two or more departments or areas of expertise who wrok together towarda common business goal
9. Team planning: invovles setting goals, assigning roles, and communicating regularly
10. Facilitator: Leader
11. Total Quality Management: is the theory of management that seeks to continually improve product quality and costomer satisfaction.
12. Leadership style: How you behave when you are in charge of other employees
13. Parlimentary Procedure: Formal process with strict rules of order
14. Functional Team: A group of people from one company department or area of expertise who work together toward a common buisness goal.
